What we collect, what we never see, and how to have it deleted.
What the tools collect: nothing. Every tool on this site runs in your browser. The text you paste into the word counter, the password the generator creates, the wifi credentials you encode into a QR code and the dates you enter are processed on your device and never transmitted to us. There is nothing to log because nothing arrives. This is not a policy promise, it is how the code is built, and you can verify it in your browser's network tab while you use a tool.
What the forms collect. When you send a message we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your country or language, the topic, an optional link, and your message. For a project listing we also collect the project name, the subdomain you want, the audience and the stage it is at. We record which page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser's user agent string, which we use to block automated abuse and for nothing else.
What we deliberately do not collect. There is no file upload anywhere on this site — no screenshots, no documents, no images. We do not ask for them and we cannot accept them. Everything we need in order to answer you fits in text fields.
What we do with it. We answer you. That is the entire purpose of the form. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not pass anything to third parties.
How long we keep it. Messages are kept for two years so we can look up what was asked and answered, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete it and confirm: contactmail.bsam@gmail.com.
Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Your language and theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device — which is why there is no cookie banner to click away.
Your rights. If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to us processing it. Write to contactmail.bsam@gmail.com and we will answer within a month.
